We got confirmation today that the kids are being held just for us... we had heard that before, but now it is official! We also know that they have been moved to a transition home in Addis Ababa. This makes the adoption easier, but I feel so sad for the kids. Their hearts must be broken over leaving their mom. And their mom.... words cannot describe the ache I feel for her and the kids. So please be praying for the kids! Our social worker said this time is "really hard", "deer in the headlights" for these kids. So please uphold them in your prayers that they are adjusting, greiving, and getting the support they need. It is strange to love them already - but we do. Well... this is a good day for us.
